While this micro-brewery just of Wencelas Square is one of Prague's largest restaurants-with five cavernous rooms-it's often difficult to find a seat. The slightly sweet 11 degree Lavek beer isn't cloudy due to improper brewing, but rather because the yeast isn't strained out after brewing, as it would be at a large commercial brewery.

This restaurants vaulted Roman cellar dates from the XIIIth century. The wine cellar offers meals of the warm and cold kitchen,. It's own specialities as Oldbohemian beefsteak, Filet Mignon, Porkfilet and soup "Krkavec". It also offers traditional Czech specialities as roasted duck, Milk rabbit thigh and lambsteak.
