Booking Procedure:

Read our easy steps to find out what happens when you request a service:

  • Step 1 - We receive our first contact with you, usually by E-mail, Inquiry form or Order form. We will respond to your 1st contact as fast as possible and within 24 hrs.

  • Step 2 - We will then respond to you with the availability and enclose in our E-mail our Tickets Order Form (if you have not sent our quick book one already) which you must fill out and fax to us.

  • Step 3 – When we have received your order form and payment details we will send you by E-mail a Confirmation Voucher which will correspond to the services you have booked. The voucher will give you written confirmation of your purchase and you can use this to collect your tickets from our office (Zlatnicka 10, Prague 1, Czech Republic) in Prague.

Conditions:

Please read the following list of conditions carefully:

  • We offer the best seat available. This means that if the best seats are not available we will offer you the second best. In the case that the best seats are not available we will inform you and if you would still like the tickets we will continue with the booking.

  • We only accept credit card payments, bank transfers or cash payments in advance. We will charge your credit card approximately 2 weeks before your arrival.

  • The price of the ticket published on the internet includes our 6 € commission which we charge per ticket, for groups of more than 15 people we charge 4 and for a further charge of 8 € we can deliver the tickets to your hotel. Delivery for more than 8 tickets is FREE OF CHARGE.

  • We will charge you the exchange rate of the day, i.e. the rate on the day we charge your card.

  • We guarantee that your credit card information remains confidential with us.

  • We require full credit card information and the signed verification at the end of the form before we will make your booking.

  • We reserve the right to change the prices according to unsuspected changes in exchange rate, prices or taxes. In such cases we will notify you promptly.

  • In the event that your service has not been provided according to our standards of service we will credit your account. This will usually take place after the performance date as it will have to go through the process of our system.

  • If you have completed and sent the order form the booking will be made straight away. If the tickets are not available we will suggest an alternative and inform you.

  • Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days of the disputed service.

  • Cancellation charges

more than 18 days in advance.................................................... 4% cancellation fee

less than 18 days and more than 12 days ............................... 50% cancellation fee

less than 12 days.......................................................................... 100% cancellation fee

CANCELLATION OF BOOKED TICKETS FOR THE NATIONAL THEATRE OR THE

THEATRE OF ESTATES IS NOT POSSIBLE. CANCELLATION FEE OF BOOKED

TICKETS FOR OPEN AIR CONCERTS IS MINIMUM 150 KC.
